A few great notes

Since the write-up at philly.com, traffic has definitely been up. The ratings are coming in steadily and everyone is seend changes in their recommendations. As we collect more data, it's exciting to see it all come together into a meaningful site.

A special thanks to Messay & Picky for including us on their site. You can find them here under the username Albert.

Also, thanks to Marisa (whoever you are!!) for giving us some PR on metblogs.

Finally, don't forget about our contest - Win a Dinner For Two. Ok, so we're really giving out at AMEX gift card, but it's for $250, so that should get you a really nice dinner. Tell everyone you know!

Updates and the Philly Free Wireless Joints Campaign

Just to let you guys know what's going on with CityJoints.com. So we're working on a couple of cool new features right now--look out for them to show up in the next few weeks or so.

We're also making a big push to get our Free Wireless Tag as comprehensive as possible. If you're looking for Free Wifi Hotspots in Philadelphia, check out all the Restaurants tagged Free Wireless. And if you know of any wi-fi hotspots that aren't already on there, please tag them.

Finally, if you're a food blogger in Philadelphia, we'd love to hear from you--I'm sure you guys have a lot of cool ideas how we might be able to make this site a lot better. Quick shout out to Messy and Picky. Thanks for your feedback and link.

We're legit!!

It's been a long time since that fateful day when the idea was born, but we've finally hit the big time. Ok, so it's not really the "big time," but we were casually mentioned at philly.com the other day. Interestingly, we've been in touch with the owner of the other website mentioned and we're looking at ways to team up.

Since the official launch, we've been trying to fix a lot of the minor annoyances that seem to be popping up. But don't worry- we're still working on some major upgrades to make your dining experience that much better.

As always, you can shoot me an e-mail with comments or suggestions at dave@cityjoints.com.
